Simply put, Theo is the ultimate dog in every sense.  He is confident, fearless, impeccably trained, playful, devoted to his family but intimidating to strangers.  He was bred, raised and trained by one of Germany’s top sport dog competitors and judges and we were fortunate to find him. In fact, he descends from one of the most sought after working dog bloodlines in the world.

As a result of his professional training, Theo has earned his Schutzhund I title, which involves proficiency in tracking, obedience and protection.  That title does not tell the whole story.  Theo’s natural abilities far exceed those developed via German protection and obedience training.  He has an innate ability to assess a potential threat to his owners and the courage to react appropriately.

He will welcome invited guests into your home but not allow anyone onto the property if their intentions are questionable.  This dog provides real peace of mind whether he is with you in your car or playing with the kids in the backyard.  He is always “on duty.”

Theo is a very obedient dog and has mastered many skills.  He heals on and off leash, will sit, stay and lay down on command, will retrieve objects and bring them back over a wall and, if need be, can be commanded to stand his ground against an assailant.

In terms of appearance, Theo has rich, dark pigment and an impressive structure.  He is strong, athletic and has striking looks.
